I haven't tried it but if there is an ODBC for MySQL you could probably
create a database view of the MySQL data in your MSSQL database.  You
can then create a Remedy View form against that.

Not though a View form but you could do it through a Vendor form using a
custom ARPlugin. We are using a product from
http://www.croomconsulting.com. SO far we have had great luck. Simple to
install and configure with great performance.
