Hi All I am trying to write a Crystal Report and I want to be able to have a parameter which can either be set to a value or All, any idea on how to achieve this? For example Support Company the user will select a support company based on the choices ( this bit is fine) Support Organization I want the user to have the flexibility to either select a Support Organization from the drop down list or be able to report on ALL Support Organizations belonging to the Support Company they selected. thanks shafqat
