The short answer is you cannot do what you are trying to do with the current limitations of the product.
To the best of my knowledge you cannot 'set fields' to the Result list using workflow. The query returns several rows. So I have set the "If Multiple Requests Match" to Display a List. What I would like to achieve is to have the Result list open instead of the SelectionPopup window. Is that possible? If not, then how can I build a workflow to have the Result list opens ? I tried with Set the Result List field to $1$ and tried the Open Window Action but I didn't manage to produce anything with this. I tried to select from the SelectionPopup window, but nothing opens when you click on the OK button. Any idea or tips would be appreciated.
