Ask your DBA to relocate the archive tables in ARSYSTEM tablespace. You would need to provide him with all the Txx, Hxx (and potentially Bxx) tables.
After the relocation (or in Oracle terms, a move), the views related to these tables will probably need to be recompiled, as the move would invalidate them.
