Actually, the Subject line gets populated with the form's Current View name. For instance, if your schema name is SHR_ApplicationSettings, and View1's singular Alias is "Application Setting", then the Subject of the email will be "Application Setting". If you opened it in View2 and it's singular Alias was "Blah" then that will be the contents of the Subject line.
