Position Title: Remedy ITSM Administrator and Developer Location: MacDill AFB Tampa, FL
Position Summary: Responsible for the effective system administration, development, and operations of Remedy ARSystem on a Windows/SQL platform. This includes design, develop, test, install, upgrade, implement, and support of the ITSM v7 application suite for US troops located throughout the Middle East. Major Job Activities: * Create, design, develop, test, and implement ITSM v7 and workflow enhancements * Maintain Remedy MidTier website * Integrate with other applications to include NetCool * Provide after hours and on-call support for emergency needs * Participate in usability and requirements meetings and then implement solution or workflow based on needs * Prepare technical documentation and support to all components in the system architecture * Knowledgeable on new software upgrades and be able to perform upgrades on all servers * Provide customized and standard reporting queries based off of customers need * Work with other groups for maintenance and troubleshooting * Maintains antivirus (Hercules, VMA, RetinaScan), patches, hardware/software maintenance, and backups * Coordinates with theater components/sites to ensure all foundational data is synchronized correctly in the distributed architecture Systems: Remedy ARS Admin Tool, Remedy ARS User Tool, Remedy ARS Import Tool, SQL 2005 Database, Windows Server 2003 Working Environment/Physical Activities: Working environment is 100% indoors.
