Steve, The only way to find out is if you have access to query the DB.
The query to find out the table schema id would be select schemaid from arschema where name = 'CTM:Support Group'; Prefix this schemaid with T to get the table name.. If however you intend to get the table name so you can write workflow to directly query that table, try querying the view instead. The view name of that table should be CTM_Support_Group Hope this helps..
