When an approver updates the status of request to 'approved' and then saves it, he gets a message saying 'The record has been updated by another user since you retrieved it.Do you want to overwrite the changes made by another user.' While if the same is done through native console, no such message comes and the record is saved. Can anyone suggest the reason for the same and also the solution to avoid this message?
