You simply create the user account but leave the PW blank...set them up with
the permissions you want, and then ensure your server is configured to
'cross reference blank password'

Hi: I have followed the instructions in the manual and setup Remedy to LDAP
for user authentication. So now I can login to remedy eventhough I donot
have a userid in Remedy. I want to use the LDAP only for authetication. How
do I setup a user license (fixed or floating) and also which groups/roles
that user will have. I can't seem to find instructions for this in the docs.
