I'm running ITSM 7.0 patch 7 with the task module/patch for incident (9002) installed. I am trying to make a fix to the active link INT:HPDTMS:INC:CreateNewTaskOpenTAS because it is not setting the assignee groups (which is a problem for me because we are multi-tenant). The problem is this, once I run this active link once, it seems cached forever in my user tool. I have cleared by arcache, re-logged into the user tool, rebooted by desktop and restarted the server in between changes to this active link with no effect what-so-ever. It is always running the active link exactly as it did the first time I ran it. For example, right now the active link is disabled entirely according to Administrator, yet -even though I restarted by user tool- my user tool is still running the active link.
Has anyone run into anything like this before? Any ideas?
