I am working on automating e-mail. The question I have is what would be the best solution to include the previous e-mail trails in the out going e-mails. I am thinking, I will have to save the previous e-mails in a temp field (diary?). I searched previous posting but could not find any solutions posted. Any input will be much appreciated. Thanks!
