Hi, Basically I had issue back with SVTDueDate not calculating. This is working now to calculate SVTDueDate, I took out the Use End Time and the Field Containing Entity.
Looking to find out if anyone has used these data source values for SLM. I want SLA's to run off of end date of last SLA, so one ends, new one comes in. Calculate the SLA from the end of prior SLA. Field Containing Entity for Business Time, I want to pass the Business Entity when an Incident is sent to another group in another country.
