I have been trying to figure out a way to make an Escalation run on the Second Saturday of every month. I know you can schedule it to run at during a specific Hour of the Day, or Day of the Month or even a Week Day but none of these options allow you to run it on a specific day of the Month where it is, say a Second Saturday or Third Monday, etc.
Anyone had any success in this area of Escalation scheduling?
