Hi folks. I know this topic has been thrown around a few times but I am finding it hard to get a clear answer. Our company has a development server installed already but it is in need of a refresh. Should this simply be a matter of restoring a copy of the production database into development? The app is ITSM 7.1 and development is up and running no problems (was setup before my time). I ask because from what I understand licenses are now stored in the DB as opposed to a license file. Any help is appreciated on pre/post restore procedures. We also have a remedy midtier for our development server. Steve
