It depends on what is meant by "redundancy" server. If it is a true Hot BackUp License (i.e. system is kept out of production until the production server fails), then the licenses are provided at no additional cost at a one-to-one ratio (i.e. one HBU license for each production server). If the "redundancy" server is part of a server group, the additional AR System servers need to be purchased licenses. However, in a Solution Pack purchase (a.k.a. suite), such licenses are part of the ITSM Suite Solution Pack purchase price. If your AR System product was not purchased as part of a suite, the additional licenses must be purchased individually.
