Hi all, I'm not on the Waveform payroll but do use the products and find they work well for us.
Waveform does have a utility to track ITSM licenses as well. I think ARS7.5 will do some tracking but won't get you the tracking that helps with ROI on ARS and ITSM licenses. The waveform tool does this for us. I've looked at the 7.5 capabilities and have found the following so far. (This is just my preliminary investigation.) I don't see the ITSM licenses in the 'AR System Current License Usage' form on ARS7.5 so I'm not sure it helps for tracking those. Each time you log out, it removes the entry from the 'Current' form and creates a new entry in the 'Historical' form. This complicates getting statistics when there can be multiple records per user per day. It only captures 'time elapsed' between when you acquired a license and when you logged out....but the Waveform tool will tell you how long a user was idle during that time.
