CSV is a form of ASCII text file. All you do is format it properly, and put the .csv extension. If your configuration doesn't allow files with CSV extension, then you have a different issue, which is not Remedy related. Perhaps you can format in XML and import that way. XML is a form of ASCII text file, with the .XML extension. I am not an Linux expert, but I don't think CSV or XML are excluded. Is it possible I'm mis understanding your issue?
