Abhijeet, You can receive this error if your account only exists in the Remedy User-form and not in the CTM:People forms when using ITSM. Please refer to the chapter "Creating people information" in the BMC Remedy IT Service Management 7 Configuration Guide and note that this is different from just setting up a user in the User form.
