Hello All, I would appreciate your help with the following issue: I need to perform a certain query on each new request submission and notify a system administrator upon the query results. For instance, on each request submission, if the number of requests submitted by the same user within last hour exceeds a predefined threshold - I would like to send a notification.
I've investigated active links, filters and escalations for that purpose but not sure what is the best way to handle this requirement, since it seems that I can't put a direct SQL statement in the "Run If" field.
