You may require to create some kind of custom workflow to record these things..
When was the account created might be the most easiest of them as the Submit/Create Date on the user form would be enough to substantiate that. But information about when the user last logged in would need to be captured and stored somewhere as there isn't really a place where you may easily be able to pull that information.
