Carolyn,

You can get the User Tool to run, but the Crystal ODBC Driver is not
supported (and works only sporadically, if at all) on a 64-bit OS. You will
need to do your report development on a 32-bit platform, IMHO.

Good luck,

Matt R.

Subject: User Tool ODBC Driver

**

Has anyone installed the user tool successfully on a Windows 2003 64 bit
server? We are trying to get the ODBC driver on our box for the purposes of
running Crystal Reports through Crystal Reports Server XI against the Remedy
database.

Thanks
