Salma, I had the same issue. The Tomcat shutdown port need to be different values. What you need to do is install CRXI with Tomcat and set Port to 8081, shut down port 8006. The Mid Tier does not give you the option to set the shut down port and it is defaulted to 8005 (this causes the first install of Tomcat with CRXI to stop working)
