Log in as an administrator user. Using the user tool, options/logging and
turn active link and filter logging. Then log on again. Read the log file.
Find the error and go up until you find the active link or filter thats
causing the issue. Then open that in the admin tool and fix

Not sure what iPass is but the message looks like a qualification is being
built dynamically but there are errors with some of the variables being
