We are trying to import an SLA which has the following text in 'Message' field in Send Email Action. The case $Case ID+$ crossed Response Time.Escalated to Service Desk. Subject : $Summary$ Descr : $Description$ Requester : $Requester Name+$ Priority : $Priority$ Group : $Assigned To Group+$ Assigned to : $Assigned To Individual+$ Everything else set as 'Message' field value is successfully imported. The no. of characters is also 239 for this text whereas the length allowed is 255. But with this 'Message' body the milestone filers show the status as 'could not be built' in the administration tab. Thanks to please tell me what could be the problem and also the solution.
