Hello!
Currently we have on-demand / adhoc Release schedules. I am trying to
streamline our process by introducing Release Management with quarterly
(periodic) releases.
Any recommendations or any proven Release methodology that you have been
able to implement and follow consistently in your organization? Also, how
do you manage/balance enhancements and patch management into releases.
Any sample documentation or templates will be appreciated.
