Hi all, I am looking for a contract primarily in New York City, or anywhere in NY, NJ area, but for the right contract I will go anywhere.
I've seen it all when it comes to ARS and ITSM. Implemented, upgraded, migrated both ITSM and custom applications, up to version 7. I have also done large proposal writing, design/architecture documents, training, training documents and daily maintenance as well. And of course tons of development.
