AttivaSoft is looking for a Trainer with at least 3 - 5 years of Training experience in Remedy ITSM7 specifically Service Desk, Change Management, Asset Management, and Service Level Management. Discovery would be a nice to have but is not required. He or she will develop curricula, training modules and job aids to facilitate learning and performance and improve compliance in response to product training issues to include all documentation. The trainer must be able to understand the software package, design documents, training materials, user manuals and reports. Candidate must have hands-on experience training with Remedy and be ITIL Certified; good interpersonal skills and the ability to interact well with diverse personalities and working styles. Candidate must have great customer relationship management skills. Candidate will need to interact directly with customers to identify and resolve project issues. Candidate must be a US Citizen and possess a Secret Clearance. Candidate will need to go through a full a background investigation (National Agency Check- NAC).
