ARS 7.1, ITSM 7.0.03, MS SQL
I have a licensed server that, when I log onto it, demands a new password
most of the time--not all the time. Sometimes the Change Password forms can
be deleted and the user can go on about his or her business. Sometimes they
cannot be deleted and the user has to enter a new password, often two or
three times a day.
I have checked the "Disable Password management for this user" field in all
the User records. I have checked and double-checked the People forms for
anything related to passwords and found nothing. I have disabled "Enforce
Policy Restrictions" in the User Password Management Configuration form and
done everything but reboot the server.
What in the world is the problem? Do I have to reboot the server?
Thanks in advance. I'm sure it is something obvious.
