Hi Kelvin, FYI, we managed to successfully install and run ARS+ITSM on non-global zones for almost a week now, with no problems detected. This is a 100 concurrent users environment, 1 zone for ARS + ITSM + CMDB, one for mid-tier and one for Oracle. It is also a Sun box.
