Hello, I had an issue where filters in the data source form were not being built due to a missing SLM line in the armonitor.exe file in ITSM 7.1. I have added the appropriate line and ran it from the command prompt which brings the slmbrsvc.exe process in the Task Manager.
However, once I kill the command prompt, the slmbrsvc.exe process dies. I know there was a way to restart the process without restarting the AR services as its a prod environment and i'm unable to restart. Can anyone tell me how this is possible.
