Manoj,

Check the followiing configuration:

1. Configure Data Visualization Server name in mid-tier. Give the name of AR
Server name/IP where SRM is installed.
2. If Data visualization module is configured in mid-tier with AR Server
host name, then the AR Server host name entry should be there in your
machine's host file as well.
