I'm experiencing some issues with reports
The user attemps to run a report and receive the next errors with one specific
report when he runs the report and the sets for run report are
Destination: Screen
Format CSV
Character encoding windows - 1252
Returns the next message

And if the same report the user tries to get the report on file
Returns: Action failed
I've changed the report and discard permissions and an error with the report,
but those errors repeat.
This only happens on web
Any ideas?
