Happy Monday Everyone,

I have an interesting one. When a ticket is created a HTML formatted
email is sent to the customer. With the HTML is a gif file (company
logo). If the customer contact is using a MAC or iphone, what appears is
the logo twice. The logos appear side by side with the second being
twice as large as the first. Has anyone encountered this issue?

Out of thousands of contacts I have only had two reported cases of this
even though I have been using this template for years.
