Happy Monday Everyone, I have an interesting one. When a ticket is created a HTML formatted email is sent to the customer. With the HTML is a gif file (company logo). If the customer contact is using a MAC or iphone, what appears is the logo twice. The logos appear side by side with the second being twice as large as the first. Has anyone encountered this issue?
