It depends on how you purchased the products. If you purchased the products previously under legacy pricing, then you can obtain development licenses for the AR System server, applications and the user licenses at 1/2 the price of production licenses.
If you purchased the products recently under the new Solution Pack pricing model, then you have a site license for the AR System server and applications (i.e. no additional purchase required), but will need to purchase the user licenses at normal cost. -David J.
