I am being asked to facilitate the creation of incidents by reading the values from a default template and then populate the incident form when the user opens the incident form in CREATE mode. Currently the Incident form has a pull down menu that allows the user to choose a template to populate the form, but our users want to populate the form without having to choose a template. Has anyone have done this or have any suggestions?... Thank you. Our environment is Remedy 7.1 - Windows and SQL server.
