Hi Suresh, You could use the View Forms feature assuming the two underlying databases can be connected. This is usually not too difficult.
The destination server can poll a view form against the source server for new tickets and read the data via the view form. If you're using ITSM then there are the HPD:IncidentInterface_Create (and similar) forms to easily create new incidents.Its also possible to keep the two servers in sync.
