I just looked at this thread...certainly making use of the provided Ticket Create web services has been recommended.

Remedy to Remedy should be easy.

Hi Suresh,
You could use the View Forms feature assuming the two underlying databases can be connected. This is usually not too difficult.

The destination server can poll a view form against the source server for new tickets and read the data via the view form. If you're using ITSM then there are the HPD:IncidentInterface_Create (and similar) forms to easily create new incidents. Its also possible to keep the two servers in sync.

My question is

1: I have to make two remedy servers communicate

2: if there is a ticket raised in one remedy server it should be create entry in another server.

3: I have to create interface between two servers can you please suggest me the possible ways to achieve this

Regards

suresh

Another prime case of people just quickly throwing crap questions out to the list in a very lazy manner.

If you want some assistance, spend a little time with your question and details.

Are you just trying to send and receive email?  Firebird is a pop3 email receiver.  You can create an account on the same server where Firebird is pulling the information.  Set up the Email engine for POP3 and set it up to access that new account.  This is the way I am using it and it works great.

Irina,

It would help to know what exactly you are hoping to achieve with the integration.  That way, people might have other solutions to offer as well.

Thanks,

Matt R.
