SIM is not installed with CMDB. SIM is a separate product. Impact Simulator and Service Model Editor are functions that may remind you of SIM but they are not the SIM product.

I'm trying to install ITSM 7.5.1 and the environment checker is saying that my server is running 7.5.0. I have installed the 7.5.1 patch and when I go into the server properties in Remedy, it says that I'm running 7.5.1. Anyone run into this before? Any and all help is greatly appreciated.
