Dear Lister,
Just to confirm that,can we have URL for any specific service request which
will take user after clicking on it to Service Request(SRM:Request) form filled
with the details of the service request?
I had tried but no success.
I have found one article on knowledge base, where it is written that
"Currently the only way to access SRM 2.x is through the Request Entry console,
there are no other access methods."
Anyone have a different opinion on this.
