Thanks for the reply - All I could get out of BMC Support was "In the next
ITSM patch it will be fixed". We are not sure when that will be."
I did some digging and found some workflow that I think is causing the
problem. Hit me up offlist if you would like the filters in question.
I will let you know as soon as I get it working - I am getting close. After
I get it fixed I am going to send the fix to BMC so they can expedite their
ITSM patch.. ;-)
