Only one PC is having problems when trying to Open Window, where Window Type is equal to Report. It first displays one error saying: Crystal Report Error C:\Program Files\AR System\HOME\ACES_Ser.rpt. Operation not yet implemented. Then click okay and a second error displays: Remedy User Error: Error Occured in generating report. We have uninstalled Remedy, reinstalled Remedy, etc on this one PC and it still won't work. It works on all other PC's. This user can log in on another PC and it works, so it has nothing to do with her Remedy User account. User Client is 6.3 patch 22 Windows XP Professional Version 2002 Svc Pk 2 Server Version: AR System 6.3 patch 20 OS - Sun5.8 Oracle 9.2 CRM 4.5 Any clue as to what this could be?
