The first column is the actual line number in the log files. You should be able to scroll through to this line number and see the warning there. I greped for ERROR, ARERROR, FAIL, WARN and can't see any of these in my log file. Anything else to look for? This is saying that your production remedy server logged SQL errors you need to look at the content of these log lines to see what the offending errors were and what your server was trying to do.
