I am sure I should know this, but... How does one designate\identify a "Manager" in ITSM 7x?? Pre 7 the SHR:People form had a Manager Yes | No drop down list.
I cannot seem to find where you do the equivalent in 7. Any help for the unknowing is appreciated.
