Hi All - I am trying to install the Remedy User Tool (7.1 p 6) and when I go to the ODBC Data Source Admin console and try to add a System DSN I can't find the AR System ODBC Driver. I looked in the install folder and the dll is there but if I look in the registry it doesn't find it. Any ideas? I have tried to uninstall the client and reinstall (3 times) and same thing. If I look in User DSN I do see it but I can't open it. I get a registry component is missing. I am trying to install this on my Crystal Reports Server XI R2 server so I can run web reports. Window 2003 64 bit IIS / Tomcat Java 1.5_16 MidTier's ARWebReportViewer 7.1 p 6 ________________________________
