ARS 7.1 Patch 004 Midtier 7.1.00 Build 200708221849 Apache Tomcat/5.5.17 Java 1.6.0_13 When a midtier page is loaded there is an interim page in the browser history. (BMC Remedy Mid Tier - Page Loading) This prevents you form simply clicking the Back button of the browser to go to a previous page. Is this a feature (bug) and is there a work around or patch to correct it? Thanks, --- John J.
