Good afternoon all! Can anyone point me to a good performance tuning document/guide for ITSM 7? We don't have a very large implementation (in my opinion) but the database seems to be overgrown and we have been experiencing intermittent performance degredation lately. What I'm looking for primarily are forms that contain throwaway data to be deleted on a regular interval and anything else I can use to trim down the size of the database. Thanks in advance!
