Hi All, Basically this weekend we started using SLA business times, this I believe is causing the spike. I found KB 20004261 that talks about this fixed with 7.1 patch 3
We are on 7.0.1 patch 2, so I am wording if anyone else ran into this issue. I put in business weekend hours and the spiking is still high 50 %, but not the 90-100 % we have noticed From: Action Request System discussion list(ARSList) [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Foy, Nathan Sent: Monday, June 22, 2009 10:41 AM To: [email protected] Subject: Re: CPU spike 100% We noticed CPU spikes when NTE: workflow started sending out a high volume of email notifications.
