Hi All,

Basically this weekend we started using SLA business times, this I believe is 
causing the spike.    I found KB 20004261 that talks about this fixed with 7.1 
patch 3

We are on 7.0.1 patch 2, so I am wording if anyone else ran into this issue.    
I put in business weekend hours and the spiking is still high 50 %, but not the 
90-100 % we have noticed

We noticed CPU spikes when NTE: workflow started sending out a high volume of 
email notifications.  This could be a contributor.
