RIK stands for Remedy Installation Kit (I think) and is the utility used by 
many of the installers to import defs and data in to the server.  It's not 
intended to be used directly and I don't believe there is any published 
documentation on the options.

Where can I get information on "RIK.EXE" - what it is, what it does, what the 
parameters/switches are,e tc? I looked
in the configuration manual and didn't' see any mention of it either in the 
index or with the other utility programs.
