Looks like you need configuration data (for the sub-processes) in your table on a per application basis, which can then be used to launch the appropriate sub-process for the given application.
This is similar to the Data Driven State Model that has been used in a few of the OOB applications from BMC. I would recommend that you research (from prior posts in the archive) the data driven architecture for AR System and base your code on an identical model.
