Can anyone tell me if it is possible (out of the box) to configure ITSM 701 to send email notifications to the assigned group when a Problem Management record is created\updated?
I can see that it does send a notification to the assigned user but I cannot get it to send notifications to the users in the assigned group. Thank you.
